The freight industry is a two-sided marketplace that moves over a trillion dollars in goods every year, but the communication between the two sides—carriers and brokers—is often broken, manual, and inefficient. FleetWorks is fixing all that by building AI agents that automate the heavy lifting on both sides, transforming a chaotic booking process into a modern, stress-free experience that keeps freight moving efficiently. For the carriers actually moving freight, life out on the road is stressful. It comes with tons of challenges and is increasingly isolating. And while technology has made many parts of the logistics industry more streamlined, those benefits have yet to positively improve carriers' take home pay, peace of mind, and sense of community. We believe that the FleetWorks technology–and the broader community we build around it–has the opportunity to positively impact every carrier’s daily life. To succeed, we need to meet carriers where they are, speak their language, and build a brand they trust implicitly. In this role, you’ll build our carrier marketing engine from the ground up and act as the face of our carrier community. You’ll obsess over how well carriers know and understand FleetWorks, and how they adopt, use, and recommend FleetWorks. This role is a unique opportunity to blend content creation creativity with a channel optimization mindset. You’ll build content and programs that interact directly with carriers, manage our public presence across channels, and shape how the trucking community perceives us.
