About The Position

ICON is looking for a Growth Analyst to drive research, data collection, and analysis in the development of ICON's long-term growth strategy. As a Growth Analyst at ICON, you will develop key business model deliverables such as customer segmentation analyses, profitability and pricing models, and go-to-market strategy based on deep analysis of available data. These deliverables will be used to inform the development of ICON's next-generation suite of 3D printing technologies and transition ICON to a technology provider business model. Over the long-term, you will support ICON's transition to a technology-provider business model using market research and profitability models as a baseline. All of this in the pursuit of ICON's mission to make dignified housing accessible to everyone and advance humanity with our technology. This role is based at ICON's Austin, TX campus and will report to the Director of Operations Strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or go-to-market strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, mathematics, statistics, or other analytical discipline.
• Proficiency using data analysis tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Tableaux, Power BI, Palantir Foundry, or similar.
• Ability to develop profitability models, pricing strategies, and financial forecasts.
• Experience designing and conducting large-scale surveys, customer segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and translating business and market data into actionable guidance for product, operations, and/or finance departments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Organize and model business requirements for ICON's future printing technology and new business model.
• Conduct research on the global construction industry, including market size, trends, and competitors.
• Build and manage models to support market research and analyze data to better understand customer groups, pricing, and business opportunities.
• Assist with planning and preparing for ICON's shift toward offering technology as a service to others.
• Over time, help track and report key business metrics and financial data for ICON's new business model.
