About The Position

The Enterprise Marketing Intern will support the enterprise marketing team by researching, analyzing, and developing insights to strengthen brand positioning, campaign strategies, and marketing performance. We're looking for passionate students with a desire to gain hands-on experience in competitive analysis, brand auditing, content development, and marketing performance reporting to name a few. As part of our enterprise marketing team, our intern will have the unique opportunity to learn how research, data, and insights drive strategic marketing campaigns across agriculture, energy, and commercial markets.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Familiarity or exposure to digital marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, SEO) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in required trainings that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional trainings as it relates to the requirements of the position.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be able to travel independently and overnight when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze competitors in agriculture, energy, and commercial markets to document brand positioning, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Review branded content across multiple channels to identify outdated or inconsistent branding and recommend updates.
  • Assist in auditing and developing content ideas for upcoming campaigns aligned with enterprise marketing strategies.
  • Support the creation and analysis of marketing dashboards and gather data for campaign performance measurement.
  • Contribute written insights, reports, and content recommendations to support enterprise marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
