About The Position

We are looking for commercial business interns to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in Research Triangle Park, NC. BASF’s Agricultural Solutions division connects innovation, customers, partners and agricultural experts and integrates sustainability criteria into all business decisions. We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental, and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture. BASF's Grow@BASF internship programs were created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded current university students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This program also offers undergraduate students the ability to apply their education and background to challenging assignments to build both technical and professional skills.

Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must be a current university student.

• Ability to be mobile as assignments can be located in various locations throughout the U.S.
• Strong technical skills acquired in college.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-world projects in various commercial internship roles such as Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital tools, Communications, Market Analysis, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and aid field agronomic teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other applications specific to the intern assignment.
• Participate in a 12-week internship program.
• Receive diversified training through on-the-job assignments.
