The Groups Coordinator supports the growth of Fora’s group business by managing the operational backbone of training, events, and advisor-facing programming. This role is central to ensuring that group-related education, partner activations, and internal initiatives run smoothly, are well-organized, and scale effectively as the business grows. As group travel becomes an increasingly strategic focus at Fora, this role will help bring structure and consistency to how we plan and execute training, manage registrations, coordinate partners and sponsors, and maintain key systems like Cvent. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with internal teams, advisors, partners, and contractors to deliver a seamless experience across all group-related programming. This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and is excited to improve efficiency and advisor experience.
