The Group X Coach is responsible for creating an inviting, inspiring, and motivating group exercise experience by delivering pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs to members and guests. This role involves coaching a wide variety of members at varying fitness levels, both in person and via virtual technology, ensuring high quality and safe instruction by educating members on proper techniques. The coach is expected to increase member attendance through strong teaching skills and maintain an average of coaching at least 2 classes per week. Additionally, the coach provides exceptional customer service, handles member concerns, reports equipment and maintenance needs, recruits new members, and ensures classes start and finish on time. Administrative duties include finding appropriate substitutes for class coverage, maintaining a strong social media presence to attract participants, and attending staff meetings as required.
