The Group Worker II is responsible for supervising daily shelter operations by directing shelter staff (Group Worker I) at the Elizabeth Ann Seton Residence. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively handling multiple tasks. Strong writing, computer, and interpersonal skills are essential. Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical to this role; candidates with patterns of tardiness or call-outs will not be considered. The position requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday availability.
