About The Position
As a Group Tour Director, you will accompany groups of travelers to exciting destinations, serving as their on-the-ground guide, resource, and friendly point of contact for the duration of the tour. You'll represent Boscov's Travel professionally and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Nice To Haves
- Prior tour director experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Accompany and escort groups of travelers to tour destinations
- Maintain the tour schedule and keep guests informed throughout the trip
- Engage with passengers in a friendly, professional manner
- Share interesting facts, highlights, and relevant information about each destination
- Answer guest questions and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Represent Boscov's Travel and our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
