About The Position

The Infrastructure team builds the foundation we need to support our web and mobile applications, as well as our robust API. We build and operate the software that enables Asana’s security, scalability, and speed. Each day, we combine industry best-practices and innovation to support this product-focused company. Within this scope, the Enterprise Infrastructure team is focused on building out Infrastructure functionality, focused on meeting the needs and scale for large Enterprise customers. Operating over a broad set of tools and services across the company. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve: Set long-term technical strategy for the Infrastructure Group along with other Group Engineering Leads. Design, scope, and implement large systems that are focused on large enterprise customer needs. Work closely with teams across Asana to ship leveraged features. Coordinate and execute high-level initiatives such as FedRAMP. Plan, and execute large projects that require involvement from multiple engineering teams. Gain experience as a cross functional engineering leader. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $248,000 - $316,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. Requirements
