Group Swim Lesson Instructor (part-time)
About The Position
Looking to make some extra money? HealthFitness is looking for part-time (working approximately 10 hours per week) Group Swim Lesson Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our client site located in Barrington, IL. Swim instructor experience is strongly preferred, particularly with young children and teaching in both private and group environments. Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
- Must have a strong swim background.
- Proficiency in all swim strokes.
- Flu vaccination required.
Nice To Haves
- Swim instructor experience is strongly preferred, particularly with young children and teaching in both private and group environments.
