As a Group Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be selling group tickets to KidZania to a variety of types of groups, including but not limited to schools, birthday parties, youth groups, corporations and other entities, by selling the full experience that is KidZania. Initial responsibilities may also include servicing clients on event day. Responsible for, but not limited to, group event sales to a variety of types of entities, with an emphasis on maximizing revenue Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture, and personal database management. Conduct and lead calls and appointments to drive ticket revenue. Provide a superior level of customer service to all clients. Serves as a primary liaison to the organization for day-to-day contract questions and issues, working closely with the internal Operations team. Generate a pre-determined number of touch points via phone calls, emails, social media usage, and other mediums to constantly create new business opportunities. Continually create and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, concepts and programs as a means of producing new business opportunities Participate and contribute to daily or weekly sales meetings and discussions. Track all communication with clients in an organized and responsible manner utilizing a professional CRM system Model and reinforce the KidZania expectations of positivity, work ethic, professionalism, respect, and maximizing your potential Job Type: Full-time Salary + Bonus Structure
