Assist the Sales Department in maximizing client satisfaction by providing comprehensive clerical, administrative, and sales support. This role will also include handling, planning, and executing impactful hotel site inspections for group, catering events, and business travel clients, in full coordination with sales and account managers, to ensure a 'wow' factor that leads to successful sales conversions.

  • Delphi experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in planning and executing hotel site inspections or sales events is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Sales Managers and clients in the absence of Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate and execute site inspections for group, catering, and business travel clients, ensuring a remarkable experience that highlights the hotel’s offerings.
  • Handle lead distribution, lead logging, booking inquiries via phone, prepare the necessary paperwork, and assist with creating proposals and contracts.
  • Use various computer software programs to enter data, produce contracts, correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Assist in prospecting activities to uncover new opportunities for group and business travel clients.
  • Organize and file documents, maintaining essential records for the department.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Handle VIP reservations, coordinating with other departments to ensure all arrangements, including upgrades, are managed seamlessly.
  • Ensure all time-sensitive information is distributed and processed promptly by hotel and supplier staff.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
