About The Position

Group Sales Manager Galleria Park Hotel | San Francisco, California Galleria Park Hotel is seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly proactive Group Sales Manager to join our commercial team and help build on our continued success. We are looking for a seasoned hotel sales professional with at least three years of hotel sales experience who understands how to strategically prospect, uncover opportunities, build lasting relationships, and close business with confidence. The ideal candidate is agile, resourceful, and energized by the opportunity to pursue new business while representing a boutique urban hotel with pride, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose. This position requires a full-time on-site presence and is not available as a remote opportunity. Because hospitality is rooted in service, teamwork, and real-time support, we consider in-person engagement an essential part of the role. Position Overview The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for soliciting, developing, and securing corporate group business for Galleria Park Hotel, with a strong emphasis on proactive outbound sales activity. This individual will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation, turnover, and ongoing account development. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, market awareness, sales discipline, and the ability to build trust with clients while consistently driving revenue. The ideal candidate understands the demands of hotel group sales and knows how to balance prospecting, client relationship management, and internal collaboration to produce strong results. This role requires someone who can think strategically, move quickly, and remain focused on both short-term wins and long-term account growth.
