About The Position

The Group Sales Manager at Renaissance Boulder Flatiron Hotel is responsible for managing accounts to ensure guest satisfaction while soliciting new and past business to meet or exceed revenue goals. This role focuses on building relationships within the SMERF market, coordinating with various departments, and representing the hotel at trade shows and networking events.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related industry preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales required.
  • Previous hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
  • Solicit new business and build relationships within the SMERF market.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, RFPs, and leads from multiple channels.
  • Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts.
  • Maintain hotel relationships with key accounts to increase customer satisfaction and account revenue.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and attend networking events to grow client base.
  • Represent hotel at trade shows.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
