About The Position

As the Sales Manager, you will provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients. You will respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers and deliver clear and concise communication that is representative of Concord Hospitality via all avenues of communication. You will demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning, with a keen focus on detail. Your role will involve maintaining existing assigned accounts/segments and developing new business for the hotel. You will effectively monitor and manage all aspects of the pre-event, event, and post-event details, including tracking and communicating particulars of each assigned event and group. Additionally, you will work with internal and external partners to forecast group rooms and F&B revenues, gain knowledge of the hotel's offerings, and consistently attain sales activity and revenue goals. You will also participate in necessary internal meetings and foster teamwork while advocating for your career development.
