About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Actively sell group admission and meal packages over the phone, in-person, or by email. Maintain detailed booking documentation by ensuring records are properly tracked through spreadsheets and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Proactively communicate with all groups before the event date to confirm reservation details, upsell opportunities, ticket distribution, meal guarantees, collateral, and special requests. Execute day-of-event operations by providing on-site event support to ensure a successful outing. Finalize post-event responsibilities, including ticket reconciliation, financial accounting, and reporting. Assist with lead qualification to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities by utilizing CRM tools to track sales calls, emails, customer communications, and lead activity. Train, support, and supervise group sales team members, ensuring adherence to procedures, completion of opening and closing duties, timely follow-through on assigned tasks, and consistent customer service standards are met. Ensure phones and emails are handled promptly and professionally to provide a positive and informative customer experience. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of daily waterpark operations, amenities and layout to provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate opening and closing duties and ensure completion of assigned work responsibilities and special projects within designated timelines. Perform or delegate administrative and clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, message handling, and general office support. Adhere to all park policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Experience in sales or equivalent supervisory experience required Friendly, upbeat attitude with a passion for customer service Ability to accept guidance, constructive criticism, and supervision Demonstrate ability to work independently while still being able to work well with others.
