Process the contract, distribute to the client, and create file for the office. Update the GRC as the contract progresses. Procures appropriate signatures on the contract and copy all affected (Client, Sales file, Inventory, Call Center). Coordinate billing and payment process with the client. Partners with internal customers to coordinate all aspects of the group. Maintains tax exempt form and copies to all applicable areas. (if required) Completes banquet requests and processes through the company. Receives rooming list and inputs into the resort systems. Distributes the group resume to the Resort property. Assist the Sales Managers with the pre-con with the client and resort staff. Follow up with the resort day of arrival for the group. Coordinates with the Food & Beverage department for set-up of the banquets. Produces recap report of the groups stay and places in the file.

Requirements

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient organizational skills
  • Ability to perform data entry
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
