As a Group Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of the Commercial Department supporting Regal’s nationwide Group Sales business. This role is all about connecting customers with unforgettable movieâgoing experiences—whether they’re planning a school outing, corporate event, private screening, or celebration. You’ll be the expert who guides them through Regal’s offerings and helps them bring their event vision to life. You’ll thrive in a fastâpaced, highâvolume environment where professionalism, product knowledge, and a salesâdriven mindset come together. Requirements
- Bring strong motivation to generate revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communicate with professionalism, confidence, and excellent telephone etiquette.
- Stay organized, multitask effectively, and manage details with accuracy.
- Learn and navigate CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CE) in a callâcenter environment.
- Maintain a positive, solutionsâoriented attitude throughout the eventâbooking process.
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue by approaching every inquiry with a proactive sales mindset.
- Sell group tickets and private auditorium rentals through phone and electronic communication.
- Provide quotes, answer questions, prepare agreements, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records while managing high call and email volume.
- Collaborate with theatres and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
