You’ll be the expert who guides them through Regal’s offerings and helps them bring their event vision to life. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where professionalism, product knowledge, and a sales‑driven mindset come together. Requirements

  • Bring strong motivation to generate revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue by approaching every inquiry with a proactive sales mindset.
  • Sell group tickets and private auditorium rentals through phone and electronic communication.
  • Provide quotes, answer questions, prepare agreements, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records while managing high call and email volume.
  • Collaborate with theatres and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
