About The Position

Responsible for managing group reservations and ensuring the smooth execution of group bookings. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate all aspects of group room reservations, from initial inquiries to post-stay follow-up. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in hotel management systems, including Delphi and OnQ.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, sales, or event planning preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in hotel management systems, including Delphi, OnQ, and other Hilton systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage group room reservations from initial inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
  • Coordinate with sales and event planning teams to ensure accurate room block allocations for group bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with group organizers to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Process group reservations accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor room block utilization and make adjustments as necessary to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to group organizers and guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including front office, housekeeping, and reservations, to ensure seamless execution of group bookings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel management systems, including Delphi, OnQ, and other Hilton systems, to effectively manage group reservations and related tasks.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to group room reservations, occupancy, and revenue performance.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
