The Program Manager Team Member plays a critical role in supporting the management of enterprise strategic initiatives for Group Retirement. This includes actively tracking the alignment of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), overseeing special initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating process excellence across the organization. We are seeking a dynamic and exceptional leader to join our Operational Excellence team as a motivated and detail-oriented Program/Project Manager. Experienced working in the retirement industry is a big plus. They excel in risk assessment, process innovation, and project management, demonstrating strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. This person is adaptable, embraces change, and communicates effectively with diverse teams to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
