About The Position

Hilton Minneapolis is looking for a Reservations Group Coordinator to join their team! In downtown Minneapolis, connected by covered skyways to the Minneapolis Convention Center and the Minnesota Orchestra. Enterprise car rental, Nicollet Mall, and restaurants are within a few blocks. Target Field is a five-minute drive. Indoor pool and sauna, Topgolf Swing Suite, Starbucks coffee, UPS store, and all-day dining. Coordinates group bookings and processes group reservation information in a timely manner, following Hilton standards. Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers in a polite, courteous manner. Provides clerical support and assistance to management.

Responsibilities

  • Daily processing of the Delphi bookings from Sales/Catering
  • Entering and handling of multiple reservation types
  • Running weekly group pickup reports, CNR/LNR arrivals, misc. Revenue reports and distributes to applicable teams
  • Participating in weekly Commercial strategy calls
  • Auditing Delphi and R&I systems to ensure group reservations match in both systems
  • Assisting Sales & Events, Front Office, Finance, and other departments as needed with reservation-related questions
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries with internal and external guests in a friendly manner and promptly providing accurate information regarding availability of rooms, rates, transportation, etc.
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed
