Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or related role.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience in owning and evolving product development processes at scale.
• Proven ability to design systems and workflows adopted across large organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving change and influencing outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Comfort with data analysis and tools for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve core processes and operating standards for product organization.
• Define and evolve planning, building, launching, and reviewing products at scale.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product suite and workflows to support effective operations.
• Build and maintain tools and workflows for consistent product execution.
• Translate leadership strategy into clear execution models across the organization.
• Establish quality standards for product documentation and team rituals.
• Define operational practices for partnering with key stakeholders to improve information flow.
• Lead change management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
• Manage and evolve the Product Operations tool stack for efficient workflows.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Operations managers.
