About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience managing or mentoring a team of product managers.
  • Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of software development processes.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of product managers.
  • Virtual Reality and/or Augmented Reality experience.
  • Knowledge of 3D imagery and/or Immersive Experience with digital products.
  • Global product management experience.

  • Champion a customer-obsessed approach to product development.
  • Translate high-level product vision into clear, actionable requirements for cross-functional teams.
  • Set and uphold high-quality standards across all products.
  • Lead successful product launches and define comprehensive launch strategies.
  • Develop systems for tracking product performance and optimize based on data insights.
