Job Summary Universal Ads is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Group Product Manager to define and scale our reporting, insights, and audience capabilities. In this role, you will own the vision and roadmap for advertiser reporting, insights generation, and targeting solutions. You will partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable performance transparency, self-service audience tools, and data-driven optimization features that empower advertisers to make smarter investment decisions. The ideal candidate has successfully built reporting platforms, targeting systems, and measurement products within digital advertising ecosystems, and understands how data clarity drives spend, retention, and long-term growth. Job Description Core Responsibilities Own and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for reporting infrastructure, insights & analytics, experimentation, and audience targeting across Universal Ads Manager and the Marketing API. Build and scale robust reporting infrastructure that ensures data accuracy, governance, reliability, and performance at platform scale. Deliver intuitive, self-serve reporting and dashboard experiences that enable advertisers to generate, customize, schedule, and export insights across diverse dimensions, metrics, and campaign objectives. Define and launch scalable audience targeting products, transforming customer, behavioral, and market signals into performance-driven activation capabilities. Develop advanced audience insights solutions that surface segmentation, reach, overlap, and performance intelligence to inform planning, optimization, and budget allocation. Integrate ML-driven insights into reporting and activation workflows to enable automated optimization and signal-based decisioning. Drive execution in an agile environment, partnering closely with engineering, data science, and analytics to prioritize backlogs, define clear requirements, and deliver high-impact capabilities. Conduct competitive and market analysis to continuously elevate measurement transparency, targeting precision, and advertiser performance outcomes.
