About The Position

As the Group Product Manager of Strategic Mid-Market Growth, you'll be part of a product team that is focused on disrupting the small business mid-market. You will lead the portfolio strategy for various premium offerings and capabilities, focusing on identifying opportunities, building roadmaps, and influencing key internal and external stakeholders to deliver an extensible & customizable platform. You'll do this by working cross-functionally across teams of Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Designers to define and deliver on key strategic goals focused on product-market-fit and solving complex problems for the small business mid-market segment.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS companies focused on growth and innovation.
  • Managed a team of 3 or more PMs for 3+ years.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to use data and analytics to back strategic approaches.
  • Experience defining, owning, and managing a product roadmap.
  • Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team and managing scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations; able to drive results through collaboration and influence.
  • Passionate about building great products, innovation, and solving complex customer problems.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • A bias for action and rapid experimentation with a proven track record of delivering results.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 or more years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role, preferably for a SaaS based financial management software company.
  • Comfortable and experienced working as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams and influencing leadership on strategic direction.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, building, and owning an end-to-end AI-powered product.
  • Experience leading the planning and execution of a successful technical product roadmap.
  • Demonstrated experience of applying analytical thinking to inform prioritization.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • Proven experience of leading cross-functional teams that launched web or mobile software product offerings on-time and on-budget.
  • Strong project management skills.
