The Group Product Manager – Ecommerce Experience is responsible for the entire Ecommerce product portfolio, encompassing digital selling experiences from customer entry points through checkout, payment, order management, and fulfillment. This role involves leading a team of Product Managers and UX Designers to develop scalable, performant, and conversion-focused Ecommerce capabilities that support global business growth. Key responsibilities include owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ecommerce portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives and leadership priorities. The role requires establishing and enforcing strong product management practices, driving data-informed decision-making, and representing the Ecommerce portfolio in cross-functional planning. Specific focus areas include managing all customer-facing selling experiences, optimizing Ecommerce KPIs, driving scalability for global markets, and ensuring clean integration with various operational systems. The Group Product Manager will also partner closely with Engineering, UX, QA, Data, Operations, and Business stakeholders, own release planning and coordination, manage business communications related to Ecommerce releases, and lead, coach, and develop team members with a strong emphasis on ownership, accountability, and delivery of business outcomes.
