About The Position

The Group Product Manager for the Ecommerce Engagement Journey is responsible for leading the evolution of our Ecommerce platform and product experience, facilitating ongoing innovation, prioritization, and delivery to deliver revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Our engagement journeys are critical to our holistic approach of building unconventional experiences to drive buzz and quality traffic into our Digital channels, increasing customer stickiness long-term. The role will be focused on defining strategic objectives across customer and business needs, creating a vision and roadmap that inspires the organization, and managing day-to-day product delivery as well as an agile test-and-learn squad that will allow us to maximize impact, stay ahead of digital competition, and future-proof our platforms in preparation for accelerated growth. This role is directly responsible for setting and delivering key purchasing OKRs that drive conversion and profit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or MBA) in Business, Information Systems, or technology related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a digital product lead or related strategic digital field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a people leader.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Passionate about customer-centricity and data-driven strategy.
  • Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible with an enterprise mindset.
  • Able to provide leadership, direction, and coaching to junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Define E2E Ecomm Engagement Journey growth strategy in partnership with marketing, design, and engineering leadership.
  • Partner closely with loyalty teams to grow the flagship expression of our Taco Bell Rewards program.
  • Lead content, personalization, and tools strategy for app and web platforms.
  • Deliver account and profile capabilities to enhance personalization and customer care/support/feedback toolkits.
  • Create and articulate vision, strategic goals, and impact to business, franchisees, team members, and customers.
  • Lead a test-and-learn cross-functional squad aimed at finding quick opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Manage team of junior product managers and Ecomm partners to drive cross-functional co-creation/alignment.
  • Direct product priorities across experience strategy, platform capabilities, and business initiatives.
  • Coach junior product members in data-driven and customer-centric mindsets.
