About The Position

As a Group Product Manager on the Bitbucket team, your mission is to make Bitbucket the preferred code management and CI/CD solution for Atlassian customers everywhere, including developers, administrators, DevOps teams, and IT decision makers. You manage a world-class team of senior Product Managers chartered with making Bitbucket Cloud and Data Center as easy as possible for enterprises to adopt by delivering compelling core experience, platform, and integration improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience (at least 2 of which involve enterprise)
  • 3+ years experience developing, mentoring and growing senior Product Managers
  • 3+ years experience building, delivering, and supporting successful, high-quality products that require close collaboration across design, engineering, marketing, support, etc.
  • A working knowledge of how to use ROI analysis to scope, prioritize, and deliver a portfolio of software projects while making the inevitable trade-offs required along the way.
  • A passion for delivering customer value, a willingness to get into the weeds, and an insatiable curiosity applying evolving AI technologies to increasing developer productivity.
  • A incessant drive to get shit done while managing the ambiguity and complexity that affects product stakeholders in an organized, structured, and easy-to-understand way
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), leadership, and inspiration skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing and leading a world-class team of Senior Product Managers by providing strategic insight, business context, facilitation, coaching, and growth support.
  • Developing and executing a strategic roadmap to improve core experiences and deliver new enterprise platform capabilities to customers and Atlassian partners.
  • Planning and executing projects that balance customer requirements, market analysis, resource constraints, and a passion for creating awesome enterprise solutions.
  • Building relationships and collaborating with engineers, designers, marketing, customer support and other use-facing teams to deliver unique solutions to tricky problems.
  • Operating as an expert with deep understanding of enterprise jobs-to-be-done and the ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into compelling experiences.
