About The Position

Lead the strategic pricing program for a group with primary responsibility for global revenue in excess of $6 Billion. Provide leadership for the Aerospace Group strategic pricing team. Lead the development and coordination of pricing strategy for large multi-division customers.

Requirements

• BS Business or Finance, Graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years plus pricing experience
• Demonstrated aptitude for detailed analytical work
• Commercial (selling or marketing) experience
• Change management experience

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of the strategic pricing program within the group.
• Ensures division pricing processes are wholly compliant to corporate strategic pricing initiative.
• Ensures the creation and utilization of proper delegation of authority for division pricing decisions.
• Responsible for the implementation of lean enterprise for pricing and quotation processes.
• Primary source for developing and coordinating pricing strategy on large multi-division accounts.
• Recruit and develop division pricing talent.
