As a group manager for Retail Experience Marketing, you will be responsible for developing the holistic marketing strategy and creative content for the customer experience in our retail stores.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in product or brand management: 6-10 years.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Functions effectively with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; comfortable with syndicated data.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work in a matrix environment, able to collaborate cross functionally.
  • Retail Merchandising experience.
  • Retail Marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer journeys - lead the development of customer journey mapping across customer touchpoints to understand the customer experience and identify and lead strategies for improvement and growth.
  • Lead creative for all in-store marketing - lead the strategy, briefing and creative expression for all in-store marketing inclusive of menu strategy (print and digital), Drive Thru marketing, lobby strategy and retail merchandising.
  • Lead creative and branding for all paper goods and packaging - work cross-functionally to lead all branding and messaging on our paper goods and packaging.
  • Partner with visual merchandising teams to design our retail lobby experience - set the strategy for our retail lobby and partner with our merchandising and creative teams to build and deliver the retail experience.
  • Manage others - set goals for the work team and actively provide partners with coaching, feedback and development opportunities and model leadership behavior for the larger team.
