As the onsite representative of Road Scholar responsible for delivering outstanding program experiences, the Group Leader's primary objectives are: to deliver high-quality program experiences for all trip Participants, to build professional relationships with vendors, and to foster a positive team environment with all contacts at Road Scholar. In-house professional development and training seminars are required part of the Group Leader position Strong destination knowledge a must. The ability to present educational lectures is a plus but not always required.
