About The Position

The Group Leader will ensure that the daily requirements and duties for Warehouse Techs. Are established, implemented and carried out in accordance with written job procedures.

Requirements

• High School Degree, GED or higher.
• Basic forklift driving proficiency.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills
• Capable of working any assigned shift.
• Possess good leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the training of all Warehouse Technicians.
• Organize and distribute manpower daily to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintains accurate records of necessary data.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Supervisor and fellow Group Leaders.
• Must be available to work overtime with minimal notice.
• Seeks better ways of operation to maximize output.
• Must be available to fill in for absent employees.
• Provides and maintains a safe and clean working environment following prescribed guidelines.
• Supports the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and environmental policies.
