Requirements

  • Four-Year College Degree (Bachelor of Science) - Required
  • 5-7 Years Quality Experience - Required
  • 0-2 Years People Manager Experience - Required
  • Ability to work independently and make timely and critical decisions in the best interest of the company.
  • Situational leadership.
  • Project management, Manufacturing processes, Planning and Organization, Quality tools (like FMEA, APQP, SPC, Shainin, 6-Sigma etc), problem solving, team building/leading, Measurement technology, ISO 9000, Home appliances knowledge.
  • Writing & enforcing 'easy to follow' policies and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of Print/drawing layout and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
  • Training and information of people on different levels of BSH's organization.
  • Strong trouble shooting skills in many areas of manufacturing and finishing.
  • PC documentation and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Set PD/QMP Q-Targets (WFR & Final Audit/Life Lab Audit Rate).
  • Drive fulfillment of quality targets (short, mid, and long term for TCR, CR, 0h) & KPI's (Consumer Satisfaction, Failure Rates Technical and non-Technical).
  • Value Stream Performance Monitoring (FPY, WFR, TCR, IDC).
  • Total cost of non-conformance established, and improvement actions documented.
  • Support maturity of product safety framework​: Mature Design for Safety and Reactive Risk Mitigation Framework​ and its Digitalization.
  • Development accompanying tasks Value Stream (e.g. P-FMEA, DRB).
  • Factory Release activities (processes & parts) ensuring fulfillment of requirements Cook-ECO, Dish RP.
  • Factory support activities (e.g. attending DLR's, Leading System CIP's).
  • Value Stream / Product - Problem solving (e.g. Product Safety, Final Audit faults, FPY, TCR).
  • Value Stream Containment verification management.
  • Lead Continuous improvement of product, service, and management system.
  • LPO for Special Release Process (PDC Only).
  • LPO for Blocked Appliances (PDC & PCG).
  • Drive the process digitalization of Quality Management: Paperless laboratories, Digitalization in Product Audits.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
