Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
5 to 10 years experience
External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

Responsibilities

Lead a team of dedicated project management (PM) staff and oversee project effectiveness and efficiency as well as adherence to PM policies and guidelines.
Contribute to the development of PM policies, standards, processes and evaluation principles.
Oversee and coordinate staffing and resourcing for all PM staff.
Monitor and validate the project status and progress, act as escalation point of contact concerning conflicting targets and resources.
Identify training needs and ensure a proper qualification level for the team.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
