Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in operations supervision).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members; set shift direction.
• Ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost goals are met.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
