About The Position
The job duties of a Maintenance Lead include supervising a team of maintenance staff and assigning tasks, maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance, overseeing the ordering and stocking of operating supplies, performing regular maintenance inspections and recording findings, developing and implementing maintenance plans and responding to emergency calls, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules to ensure all work is completed to a high standard, and leading and training team members while developing preventive maintenance schedules. These duties ensure that maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
