The Group Leader will lead the Employer Benefits community of World 50 Accelerator and will be dedicated to building and managing a community of executives representing the top in their field. The Group Leader must excel in three key areas to create value for executives from leading organizations around the world: Relationship Management – quickly build strong, lasting relationships as a trusted advisor and confidant Business Development – expand the membership by leveraging strategic sales skills and efficiently managing sales pipeline Program Curator – develop unique, world-class programming across physical and virtual forums

  • Connect with members at events and virtually via group video calls, one-on-one phone calls; listen and understand their challenges to facilitate relevant connections.
  • Collaborate with members to design year-round programs (two Innovation Roundtables, deep dives, conference calls, etc.) around their needs, interests and pressing business challenges.
  • Maintain member satisfaction (NPS) and member engagement (Health scores) to provide value to members and ensure member retention.
  • Following the original outreach to invited members by the internal sales team, engage with these executives, highlight the value of membership in a low pressure, trustworthy, storytelling method and close the sale.
  • Drive the health and growth of the membership community by retaining members, adding new members, and providing additional revenue-generating services and programs to existing members.
  • Experience working in the Employer Benefits, Total Rewards, or similar industry is required
  • Proven success in a variety of corporate cultures; some career experience working for a start-up or entrepreneurial company a plus
  • College degree required; MBA, or similar preferred
  • Client relationship management skills at senior levels
  • Outstanding leadership, general management and communications skills with the ability to work independently, as a leader of a young team, and as a collaborator with colleagues
  • The ability to think and act with a creative, informed intelligence
  • Intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence
  • A strong, confident style with high energy. Able to command presence with senior executive leaders
