Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science or related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with various disciplines of continuous improvement including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping software, SAP software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint processing software.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of Cookie production on the AM shift.
  • Achieve results for safety performance, schedule attainment, conformance to specifications, direct labor, process yield, and meeting Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments.
  • Ensure that all food safety and quality requirements are met, including site standards, company policies and regulations.
  • Identify and lead project driven improvement teams utilizing continuous improvement tools - Focused Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma and A3/RCA.
  • Lead activities to improve the Safety, Reliability, Cost, and Quality of the Cookie production lines.
  • Demonstrate leadership consistent with the Campbell Leadership Model and behaviors by promoting participative, open communication with team members.
  • Conduct goal setting objectives and annual performance reviews of team.
  • Take necessary action to meet schedule attainment, direct labor, and process yield budgetary commitments.
