Requirements

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
2 year degree in AC/DC Electronics.
Strong knowledge of electronic assembly processes and quality control standards.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment relevant to electronic components.
Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
