Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift with every other weekend off.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the production of medical devices or cuff products.
  • Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements for medical devices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of production operators.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Ensure that all cuff products meet quality specifications & regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.
