Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in the medical device industry.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift with every other weekend off.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the production of medical devices or cuff products.
Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements for medical devices.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of production operators.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Ensure that all cuff products meet quality specifications & regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement training programs for team members.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.
