In this role, you will lead a team of engineers focused on ensuring the technical capability, qualification, and operational readiness of manufacturing equipment and systems that support the site’s product portfolio. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline (advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical equipment engineering or technical operations
  • Knowledge of equipment design, qualification, and GMP manufacturing support
  • Experience with commissioning, qualification, and validation processes
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audits preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers to ensure equipment readiness and reliability
  • Manage commissioning and qualification projects for manufacturing equipment
  • Oversee equipment design, modification, and compliance with GMP standards
  • Collaborate with process, operations, and quality teams to enable efficient production
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance and reliability
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for manufacturing systems
  • Support regulatory inspections and client audits as the equipment SME
