About The Position

The Marketing Project Manager at Prudential Group Insurance will oversee and manage various marketing projects related to Group Insurance products and services. This role involves collaborating with internal business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and communications. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while utilizing project management tools effectively.

Requirements

  • BA or BS or equivalent degree in business, marketing, communications or related discipline.
  • 3 years communications or related experience, preferably in the Financial Service industry.
  • 3 years in project management or agency traffic management.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Workfront or similar tool to configure work management solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and production of marketing materials on time and on budget/within scope through oversight of projects.
  • Manage detailed project plans from strategy/launch to execution/optimizations, assembling the right stakeholders for collaboration, support, and approvals using the Workfront platform.
  • Ensure projects are completed according to specifications, best practices, and Prudential's standards.
  • Oversee marketing projects, assigning tasks, documenting work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve process efficiencies through the lens of business needs.
  • Maintain general awareness of other content projects and initiatives to help identify impacts to current work or opportunities for better efficiency.
  • Maintain standard work and processes including requesting, developing, and tracking ongoing projects.
  • Adopt, utilize, and role model the Workfront platform as part of everyday activities to drive behavior, facilitate team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem-solving culture.
  • Facilitate communication upwards and across the project team including project status, project schedules, justifications for variances, and technical information.
  • Serve as point of contact for project status and information.
  • Review, proof, and edit draft communication materials and presentations for accuracy and to maintain unified message points.
