About The Position

The Jewish Community Center of Louisville is seeking a Group Instructor to positively impact the community by sharing a passion for fitness and wellness with individuals of all ages. This role involves leading diverse groups in a dynamic and energetic setting, fostering connections, and encouraging personal growth. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per class. The instructor will engage participants in various classes, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and will be responsible for designing and implementing dynamic lesson plans tailored to different skill levels and interests. Daily tasks include demonstrating exercises, providing guidance, offering constructive feedback, monitoring class attendance, and maintaining a safe environment. Collaboration with other instructors and staff to enhance program offerings and foster a cooperative community spirit is expected, along with maintaining open communication with participants to create an uplifting experience. The center prioritizes empathy and excellence.
