About The Position

Comfortable home setting and time to build resident relationships Able to work 1 on 1 or with small groups of individuals Work independently but with plenty of support Consistent schedule Play vital role in connecting people to their community Starting wage is $16.00/hr $5/hr incentive pay available for voluntary overtime hours Are you looking for a job where you can earn a paycheck and have fun while doing it? As Group Home Support, you will spend time going on community outings, helping with household duties, and being a positive role model to guide individuals in their day to day tasks. Candidates need to be self-motivated and be able to work independently. HS diploma or GED required. Will need to have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Schedule 1 (18 hours): Sunday – 12:00pm-8:00pm Monday – 3:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday - 3:00pm-8:00pm Wednesday - Off Thursday - Off Friday - Off Saturday - Off Schedule 2 (26 hours): Sunday - Off Monday - Off Tuesday - Off Wednesday - 3:00pm-8:00pm Thursday - 3:00pm-8:00pm Friday - 3:00pm-8:00pm Saturday – 12:00pm-8:00pm Essential Job Responsibilities: Treat everyone with dignity and respect Assists individuals to plan prepare, and serve meals within their homes Helps individuals with personal care and other skills Assists in planning and participating in recreational activities Responsible for safe transportation of residents Benefits: Referral Program Gas Compensation 403(b) Retirement Plan PTO Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Denotes essential functions of the position.
