About The Position

As a Group Home Supervisor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance to Group Home Staff, provide for household management, and complete required documentation of services. Schedule: Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm with on call duties

Requirements

• Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record
• Possess personal vehicle in order to transport for the position
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)

Responsibilities

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect
• Provide guidance and support to staff
• Complete staff schedules and manage call outs
• Deal with staff disputes and disciplinary actions
