About The Position
Genesis AFC is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. This role is essential in providing care and support to individuals in a group home setting. The position involves working flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends, with options for both full-time and part-time employment. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence. Training will be provided, including CPR & First Aid, Prevention & Support, and Article 9, ensuring that you are well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of the role. We offer various shift options, including 16-hour shifts and 8-hour shifts, with specific hours available during the weekdays and weekends.
