Under the general direction of the Group Home Manager, this position provides leadership in maintaining and enhancing program and Medicaid Waiver services. Responsibilities include program design and development, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing quality assurance, and preparing required reports. This role ensures residents have access to meaningful Residential Habilitation opportunities and activities. It also focuses on promoting resident and stakeholder satisfaction with services while supporting, training, and mentoring team members to deliver effective, efficient, and person-centered care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, demonstrated coaching ability, and the capacity to lead the expansion and optimization of Therap (GER’s, T-Log) usage. This is an onsite position at Parc Center for Disabilities, working alongside a collaborative mission driven team committed to a person-centered environment.
