Requirements

2+ year experience coaching group fitness or personal training
Strong understanding of functional training and HIIT-style workouts
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Ability to be actively coaching and moving throughout the workout
Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, etc.)
Current CPR / First Aid / AED certification
This role requires early morning availability starting at 4:45 AM. Please only apply if you are consistently available for early morning coaching shifts.

Nice To Haves

Weekend availability is a plus
Experience coaching in an F45 environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead high-energy F45 group training sessions
Coach members on proper form and technique to ensure safe and effective workouts
Provide regressions and progressions for all fitness levels
Create an encouraging and motivating class environment
Welcome and guide trial members through their first F45 experience
Help build strong relationships with members and contribute to studio community
Set up and reset equipment before and after classes
Maintain a clean and professional training environment
