About The Position

The Cloverleaf Recreation Center is seeking Group Fitness Instructors . This position will be responsible for leading and teaching group fitness classes. This position will have the opportunity to lead multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and levels at the Recreation Center. This is an independent contractor position and will remain open until filled. Salary: $20 per group fitness class. $2.00 per additional drop-in.

Requirements

• Must possess current group fitness instructor certification or equivalent with experience
• Must possess current CPR/AED certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate diverse participant needs
• Flexible schedule desired, as class times vary and may include weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with Group Fitness Instruction preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging group fitness classes, incorporating a variety of exercises and appropriate modifications.
• Ensure safe and inclusive environments for all fitness levels.
• Provide personalized attention, motivation, and feedback to class participants
• Collaborate with the fitness team to maintain innovative and high-quality group fitness classes
